This shows the QUADRAFLO Autosweep burner firing from the roof of the Aluminum Melter at 3 mmBtu/Hr. The sweeping motion is back to front. This view is from the front of the melter. The angle of sweep is 15 degrees per side or a total of 30 degrees from front to back. The flame width is about 3-4 feet and its length is 1/3 the distance from floor to roof. Length changes depending on firing rate.
