Aluminum Process Control Systems

The above process control system is a fully automatic oxygen/natural gas pipe train with PLC control, flame safety, spark ignition, pressure, flow and ratio control from a temperature set point. All components in the oxygen system are oxygen compatible and components in the natural gas system are fully rated for fuel use. All piping components are stainless steel and brass. The electrical system is CE rated. This application is for a one burner aluminum melter.
